RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your Aussie kidswear experience and should you change your mind, we will provide the refund to the value of the goods purchased (excluding freight) if goods are returned within 14 days, as long as they are in a new, unused/unworn/unwashed condition, and still have the original swing tags and packaging attached and are accompanied by the associated order number.

Please choose carefully as we don’t exchange or accept returns on sale and discounted items if you change your mind or make an incorrect decision.

If an item is damaged or faulty, please notify us within 14 days by email. Upon receipt of the faulty product, Aussie kidswear will undertake an evaluation in conjunction with the manufacturer and if the item is deemed to be faulty, we will replace or refund

EXCHANGES

Aussie kidswear strive to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you've ordered. If something isn't right, please email us within 14 days (Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge both ways). If you would like to exchange your product because you ordered the incorrect size/colour, please ensure you include a self-addressed pre-paid parcel or additional charges will apply.

RETURN BY MAIL

You can return goods due to a change of mind or incorrect size within 14 days of purchase.

Please email us with your order details to receive a Return Authorisation (Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charge). Please enclose your receipt.
